Our 5-WEEK ATHLETE LIFE CHALLENGE will get you out of your monotonous gym routine (or lack thereof) and push you to do better.
In just ONE hour per day, we’ll set you up to train and eat like an athlete. No crazy diets, guilt or restriction. No dragging yourself to do boring, monotonous workouts.
Our workouts are constantly varied and leave you feeling a huge sense of accomplishment, like you really worked hard for an hour.
Training in a group atmosphere with your coaches and training partners will motivate you like crazy.
You’ll be breaking out and setting the bar higher for yourself than you ever thought possible!

We’re going to teach you about FUELING PERFORMANCE so you can train, feel and end up looking like a lean, fit and strong athlete!
HOW TO PLAY:
This is a performance-based challenge where you will receive points for accomplishing tasks.
A full breakdown of the scoring system will be provided upon signup for the challenge. You’ll earn points for showing up, logging your workouts, tracking your macros, and more!

At the completion of the challenge, the winner with the most points will win the jackpot CASH PRIZE.
ALL competitors who meet a point minimum will be entered to win a FREE YEAR of membership at CrossFit Gamut!
The BEST prize will be the knowledge and results you gain when you learn how to quit dieting and exercising and instead FUEL AND TRAIN.
